I used the totally fantastically awesome Zombie Attack line for this layout:

My son was the cutest little skeleton and he is totally addicted to sweets of almost any kind. I swear he can sniff them out from anywhere.
I was looking at the stickers in this line and thought it would be really fun to use the Got Flesh? sticker as a fun twist on a title for my layout. From there I just went with the flow.
I really love using red ink as "blood" so I had fun splattering and splashing all I could.

I like sanding the edges of my photos, it gives them a really cool look especially for a creepy page. So I tried it on the edges of the Hallowed Ground pp and then saturated it with red ink. So much fun!

Quick cards for Speedy Scrappers

 Quick cards are the way to go in my book. I want them to look like they took a lot of time, but be fairly simple. I think one of the best ways to do that is to use pp for your background. The problem with that is making sure the inside works to write a little note to the recipient. 

For this card I wanted to use the PL style notecard, from Telegraph Road by Kaisercraft, on the front and decided it would look great over the Memo paper, so I made that the background. 

Of course that makes for a really busy inside, but the cool part is that it looks like postcards. So I grabbed a couple mini postcards from the die-cut shapes pack, inked them and added them to the inside for writing on.

 For this one I used a plain white background but spruced it up with some mists and ink. Then layer your pattern paper with this cute journaling card and some flower die-cuts, add your sentiment and voila, 2 quick and easy cards!

Let's Travel for Speedy Scrappers

 I am totally ready for the weekend! A little bit of fun and relaxation sounds perfect right about now.

Today I'm working with Kaisercrafts Now Boarding line from Speedy Scrappers.

They have this fun 12x12 Round die-cut, Compass, that I decided to try out. I used it as my base, then added a piece of Cabin Crew along with a barcode strip and journaling card cutouts from Sail Lounge. With all of that down I added a bit of misting.

I used a border punch on the edge of the Snap Shot journaling card.

Then I layered lots of stickers after inking their edges.

And of course my title/journaling. This photo is just a fun one from a camping trip, but I think it worked great to tell a little story about the guy I want to travel the world with.

Need for Speed! w/ Moxxie

Have you seen this super fun Racing line from Moxxie?

Don't you just LOVE the colors?
I had these really cute pictures of my son at the local carnival riding a motorcycle on a ride and thought this line was perfect for them.

I used Speed for the base and then took another sheet of it and fussy cut the flags out for the banner along the top. Then I used the B side of Racing Cutouts to back my photo.

These flames were perfect for a bit of fussy cutting and then I slid my photo under.

I also cut a couple of the strips from Racing Cutouts and layered them for a base for my title using the new Red Alphas. I love the chevron stickers! Awesome for directing the eye where you want.
