Family layout

Hey there!
I have a super fun layout to share with you today.
I used this challenge from Scrap Our Stash:

And here is my layout:

 I've added my chevron pp as part of my embellishment clusters, along with some washi tape with gold stripes to meet the requirements of the challenge.

I love working with sketches so much that sometimes I forget other parts of a challenge. But this is a great way to add those requirements later if you did miss something.

Lights layout

Hello!

It's a new year with new challenges for Scrap Our Stash.

Today's challenge is a bingo challenge.

Create a layout using one line of items, you can go across, down or diagonal.

I chose to go diagonally from the top left, so I used washi tape, ink sprays, doily, and bling.

Here's my layout:

These are photos from main street in our little town when they do the festival of lights the weekend following Thanksgiving. They also have a really nice lighted parade and I put a couple of the floats on my layout also.

Merry layout

 I have a really pretty Christmas layout for you today.

I live in a very small town but they know how to pull off a pretty good Holiday parade!

When the temperature is in the positive numbers it's a good time.

I based this layout on a challenge from Scrap Our Stash

 I used the left side of the sketch. For my 8+ scrap items I have: patterned paper, chipboard embellies, stickers, washi tape, die-cuts, rhinestone snowflakes, jewel stars & liquid pearls

Brr layout

Hello, hello!
Today I've got another awesome layout based on a challenge from Scrap Our Stash.

Here's the challenge:

Here is my layout:

To start I picked a line with gold in it because I struggle a little with color challenges. Turned out I was pretty good at finding items with gold in them though.

I put my journaling on this kraft tag but then added a little doodling to the back so it would add to the page instead of showing it journal side up or having a plain back.

This large ornament came with the kit that had this paper line it. I really liked the idea of using ornaments hanging from the top just like the sketch so I added this cute santa to it and then put a couple more on. I tied some twine in bows to add at the top of each ornament. 

I finished my layout up with some stickles! lol It's been a bit since I used them. Worked perfect.
