Moxxie Blog Hop!

It's time for another Moxxie Blog Hop! Join the Moxxie Muses the first Friday of every month to be inspired and for the chance to win a complete collection of the featured line! We're continuing our blog hop series with the Road to Recovery collection.

Moxxie released the Road To Recovery collection, an elegant and poignant line designed for people fighting long-term illnesses, in July. Moxxie thought it was time to create a beautiful line that focused on healing, but also encouraged the writer to be honest about what they were really going through. The designs of this collection are versatile and can not only help a patient document their recovery, but it can also be used for get well, thinking of you, and sympathy cards, as well as to create layouts on just about any topic.

And my topic might be a little surprising for this line, but I think it turned out great and am super pleased with it. :)

When I saw the wording on these banners all I could think about was how hard my son worked during this past wrestling season. Even when he was struggling, he kept his head up and kept working on his moves to better himself. It made me so proud!

I did a lot of pen work, added staples, metal brads and stars to give this line a little more of a masculine feel. Some of the stars are chipboard but the rest are actually the scraps of photos I cropped, added washi tape to an then punched. Super easy way to embellish!

You can find a few detail shots below.

To be entered to win this awesome prize, leave a comment on each blog on the hop. Earn an extra entry by liking the Moxxie Facebook Page! Leave a comment there to double your chance of winning!

Love it! I like how you were the only one to incorporate a dark solid on this whole hop. I love how it makes the paper pop :) Great job! (and great photos BTW, they really capture the moment!)
