Do More layout

Happy Thursday!
It's a bit like a Friday here, since my kids have a 4 day school week and we have some fun plans for tonight.
But first I wanted to share this layout:

I used a sketch from The Scrap Room along with their Aug kit.
Here's a couple closeups:

I had a lot of fun with this sketch. The design looked a bit complicated but was really easy to put together.

I love the way it allowed for so many fun layers.

Love layout

 Hi!
I'm up on the SOS blog today! Super excited to share with you the last challenge for Aug.

You need to use this sketch and one item from your stash that starts with each letter of the word TRAVEL.
The items I used were T- twine, R- red, A- arrow, V- velvet (crushed orange and blue), E- emoji, L- label
Here's my layout:

It took me a bit to think of a V embellishment, but once I thought of the crushed velvet I was super excited to play with it on my layout. I've had it in my stash for awhile, but not used it much. So this challenge was perfect to get it out and use some up!

Popping up some of the elements really added some fun depth to my layout.

I applied the velvet by dumping some out of the bottle on top of some liquid adhesive that I put on my layout. I did hearts and dots freehand.

Extreme layout

 Welcome!
Today I'm sharing this cute layout, I made using the PhotoPlay Freestyle line from the Scrap Room's Aug. kit.
I used this fun challenge from Let's Get Sketchy:

I love this line and it was so fun to use with these pics of my little guy. Plus I just love scrapping him. :) Here's some closeups:

Cool and Tropical layouts

 Hi!
I'm sharing 2 layouts with you today. I made both of these to go along with The Scrap Room's kit buster challenge but I also used 2 other sketch challenges also.
First up:

I made this using the TSR Pink Paislee kit and added in some enamels and other embellies. I used the sketch and challenge from Let's Get Sketchy.

I stayed fairly close to the sketch, even adding in the big element on the rights.

Next, I have this layout using the challenge from Freckled Fawn. I also used some of the fun summer goodies I just received from their store!

This just puts you in the vacation mood, doesn't it? I love the nice relaxing feel of the colors.

I LOVE these rubber phrases. I definitely need more of them!

OMG!

Hey there! It's reveal day for me on the SOS blog and I really love the layout I got with this month's tic tac toe challenge. Here's the challenge:

I used the bottom row across Emoji, Brads, Washi tape. Here's my layout:

My family, like most I bet, really loves taking goofy photos. So when we were doing our camping trip photo we had a little bit of fun. I really love scrapping these cute, fun memories. Here's a few closeups:

I used the brads to accent my date label.

I fussy cut and popped up a few elements and used washi tape on the corners of my photos.

This emoji line was perfect for this challenge! I fussy cut a big emoji out of the paper to pop up on my layout for a big fun element.
