Sweet dancer

 Hello!
I'm super excited to share this fun layout I made using a sketch from The Scrap Room!
Here's the sketch:

And here is my layout:

This girl is hands down my favorite dancer ever!
She constantly amazes me with her determination and skill.
It's so fun to watch her dance and learn new things every year. She pushes herself so hard and you can see it in the way controls the stage. So proud of her!

I used the April Scraptastic kit for this layout.
The papers just felt perfect for the photo.

The pop of navy here and there was perfect for really setting of the feminine feel of the layout.

I finished up my layout with some super cute musical note stickers and a hand drawn marker border around the edge.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Slightly Cracked

This layout was so much fun!
I used this sketch from Stuck?! sketches:

To create this fun layout:

Man I really love this kid of mine!
A couple of years ago while coloring Easter eggs he kept dropping them and cracking them. He decided with the first one that a good solution was to eat the egg, which I was all for. But throughout the course of the day he ended up cracking 5 eggs. Somewhere in there he looked up at me and asked "do I HAVE to eat?" lol Apparently he had started thinking he had to eat ALL of the eggs he cracked.
Such a sweet boy!

Here's a few close ups of the fun I had layering and tearing:

I used a Scrapbook Circle kit for this layout.

Easter

Hello there!
I have a fun Family Easter layout to share with you:

I used the sketch from Stick It Down sketches.
The sketch was pretty simple so I added a bit more embellishing of mine own.
I really like the way the layout turned out and had lots of fun using Echo Park's Easter line that I just picked up this weekend at the Let's Create Expo in Sandy Utah.
I had a blast hanging out with my buddies and scrapping the day away!

Thanks for stopping by!

A little boy fun

I have a couple of layouts to share today.
Both are using sketches from Let's Get Sketchy.
We'll start off with this one using Week 1 sketch:

I had a lot of fun with all the layers on this layout and then spruced it up with some stars, ink and markers. I used PhotoPlay's Party Boy line.

Then I used Week 3's sketch for this layout:

I love this photo of these 2. With 6years between them it feels like they fight more than they get along so moments like these are definitely ones I want to remember.
This was super fun to put together. I changed the sketch a bit here and there but it's still pretty easy to see it in my layout.

Thanks for stopping by!
