Today is a little bittersweet for me. Because it is my last post with Nuts About Sketches as a dt member. I have had so much fun working with Shawn's sketches! They are hands down my favorite sketches. I find them so easy to work with, but I am super happy to call her my friend and hopeful that I will be back on her team sometime in the future. In the meantime, I know that I will be stalking her blog every Monday to see the newest awesome sketch!
This super fun sketch is the one I get to work with last and here is what I did with it:
I stuck really close to the sketch using these fun papers from Moxxie. I really love the colors and designs of the papers and thought they went great with these photos of my girls goofing off on the trampoline.
I didn't need all of the journaling space the sketch provides so I just added some fun cardstock stickers that go with my theme. Using the striped paper here is such a fun and easy way to do your journaling. I love adding doodling and stickles to spruce up my layouts.
For my title, Moxxie has this cute gymnastics sticker, but since my girls aren't in a gym I used some mini alphas to change it up. I absolutely love the little star stickers, too! This sketch helped me put it altogether in such a fun way. Don't forget to check out what the rest of the dt has for you today, here.
While this is my last post as an official NAS dt member, I'm sure I'll be posting more in the future using Shawn's sketches, after all, I am addicted. lol
