Hat?

Today I have another NAS sketch reveal for you. I was a bit late getting mine done so it didn't make it into the original blog post, but you can find the sketch here.








My lil man is ALL about hats of any and all kinds. If he can make it stay on his head it's a "at!"

This is my first lo with Fancy Pants' new Summer's End line. Isn't it cute? I won it from their blog!! I see many cute lo's to come with this line.
Here I used 2 of their pp's for the background. I inked both of them with a dark brown and then used a charcoal ink for the 'matte' of the main photo. I just marked lightly with a pencil where I wanted the photo to go and then inked the paper before attaching the photo. I pretty much kept with the design of the sketch, but instead of stitching along the bottom of the top layered pp, I added another line of journaling. I also drew some stitching around the top blue heart and underlined some words in the the journaling to help them pop more. Thanks for stopping by! :)
