Posted just today is Amy's super cute sketch:
And my take on it:
Honestly I was a little overwhelmed with the big flower design on the left, but had a lot of fun putting it together and it was super easy, so just go for it. I used mostly Bo Bunny Flutterby collection for this lo with my cutie lil boy.
Thursday's Ad inspiration by Michelle:
And I came up with this lo, combining it with a challenge posted at BOAF who had an awesome crop this past weekend. You should watch for the next one because their crops are SUPER fun and I've really enjoyed the challenges they post.
I used the super cute April kit from TSS. I LOVE this kit, it's so bright and fun! Just what a scrapper needs to play with when it's supposed to be spring, but still snowing outside. They might still have one or 2 left, so if you want one you better hurry!
And then there was Dalis' card sketch challenge:
I'm not much of a card maker, but I put a few together for the awesome cause that Anna Mills posted the previous Friday.
Here's some of the details and a link to the website if you want to donate your cards or envelopes to them:
Pam, the creator and keeper of the blog, receives handmade cards and mails them out to deployed units so the soldiers can send messages to their loved ones back home. What a wonderful way for the scrappy community to show support for armed service members!
Cards should be A2 size (4.25x5.5) in order to fit the provided envelopes and should be left blank inside (feel free to post a msg to a soldier on a self-stick note, though - they love the encouragement!). General occasion cards are always accepted and specific occasion cards are organized in 'Rounds' with mailing deadlines. The current campaign is Round 5 (mail by May 8th) and includes Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and Independence Day.
And a couple more card examples:
So all of this fun stuff can be found at What's Scrapping, go check it out.
Thanks for stopping by!!
