So cheeky

When I saw the single page sketch that Stick it Down had this month I knew I had to use it. It is just awesome! And here is the layout I made using it:

These sweet cheeks are totally scrapable!
Here's some closeups:

 Thanks for swinging in!

Work of Art & 4H camp

I've got 2 layouts for you in this post.
For both of them I used the sketches and challenges posted at Let's Get Sketchy.
First up:

I loved the sketch for this layout!
Here's a couple closeups:

This kid is constantly cracking me up!
He's just so much fun.

And here's my layout for the 2nd sketch challenge which included a mood board.
My inspiration from the mood board was the pineapple. I picked a tropical traveling line to scrap these photos.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have used this line w/o the mood board challenge, but I really like the way it turned out. Here's couple closeups:

Thanks for taking a peek!

Cheers 2 us

 Hey there!
I recently got to go to the Let's Create Expo in Sandy Utah and scrap the weekend away with some great friends. I had a blast and managed to get more than just some shopping done. While I was there I did this challenge from The Scrap Room using a sketch.
Here's my take on it:

Originally I thought the triangle shape used above and below the photo was going to be hard to replicate but it was actually really easy.
Here are a few closeups:

I used the Fancy Pants line from this month's Scrap Circle kit for this. It was a perfect fit for my photos.

Thanks for stopping by!

Wild w/ Sketches in Thyme

 Hello!
I hope you're all enjoying your April so far.
Today I bring you this sketch from the Sketches In Thyme blog, make sure you check out all the details for the monthly contest on their blog:

And here is my take on the sketch:

I used a kraft background that I grunged up with some Vintage Photo distress ink and then I layered a bunch of beautiful patterned papers from my TSR monthly kit

I did some fussy cutting to layer the way I wanted and popped up the butterfly sticker with some foam adhesive.

I finished up with some fun stickers and journaling.
Thanks for stopping by!
